- Problem
- StudyfinderAI needed steady cold outreach, but doing it manually without a proper system was inconsistent and hard to track.
- What I built
- A pipeline that finds new prospects, follows up, updates each contact from their reply and hands positive responses to me.
- What happened
- It now supports 100+ personalised B2B emails per weekday and keeps the outreach history in one place.

- Problem
- My journals and private documents were spread across different places. I could search them, but I could not connect the lessons inside them.
- What I built
- A local-first second brain with a knowledge base, retrieval and a reasoning layer I can question directly.
- What happened
- I can learn from my own history, spot connections and work on myself in a more structured way.

Housing and job pipelines
- Problem
- Housing and job searches are both crowded markets. Doing more good outreach, consistently, creates more chances.
- What I built
- I mapped both journeys end to end, then built pipelines for discovery, filtering, duplicate checks, tailored outreach and replies.
- What happened
- The housing system helped me secure a home near Utrecht. The job system became the starting point for FirstJobDaily.
